Richard Whitt currently is Corporate Director for Strategic Initiatives at Google Inc. As part of the Google Access organization, Rick is responsible for guiding the team’s approach to working with governmental bodies to deploy communications infrastructure globally.
Previously Rick was Vice President for Global Public Policy and Government Relations with Motorola Mobility, a Google company (2012–2014), and for five years he headed up Google’s public policy team on all telecommunications issues (2007–2012).
He is a 1988 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.
