Christopher Carobene joined TE SubCom in 1993 as a naval architect. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the design and conversion of a variety of vessels into cable ships as the company expanded its fleet.
From that initial and specialized role, Christopher advanced into broader roles such as Bids & Proposal support, Marine Project Management and Sales & Marketing. In his current role as Vice President, Marine & Network Services, Christopher leads all Network Construction activities for the global installation and maintenance of submarine cable networks, including operation of the company’s fleet of eight cable ships.
Christopher received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the State University of New York, Maritime College in 1990.
