Submarine Cable Network Architect, Equinix
Frank has been involved in submarine cable network development and operations over 24 years, leading the efforts for procurement of authorizations and infrastructure for many submarine cables around the globe. He has been engaged in all phases of these projects ranging from business case development, engineering, and procurement activity to construction management and final acceptance. Frank was directly involved in the first privately owned trans-Atlantic fiber optic cable and more recently, the first cable providing direct connection between the US and mainland China. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors for two privately owned cable systems.
