VP, Carrier Management, Verizon
Jerry Holland is the Vice President of Carrier Management responsible for buying network access from global partners. He leads all aspects of the partner relationship including: contract negotiations; supplier performance scorecards; strategic deployment of migration from TDM to Ethernet and selection of which suppliers to award. In addition to Carrier Management, Jerry leads Verizon’s Lean Six Sigma team responsible for transforming the Enterprise line of business.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Holland served as Vice President of Global Wholesale Operations that included Customer Ordering, Sales Engineering, Sales & Staff support and the Fiber to the Cell site (FTTC) Program Office.
Mr. Holland earned a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from West Virginia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University.
