Christian Michaud is the Senior Vice-President of Product and Business Strategy for the Global Voice Solutions Business Unit at Tata Communications. Christian is responsible for developing the Business Unit overall strategy as well as leading the product management and business development.
Christian has over twenty years of experience in international telecommunications, including twelve years with Teleglobe, which was acquired by VSNL in February 2006. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice-President, Product and Business Strategy, he held a number of senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs and was a key member of the team that positioned Teleglobe in international markets.
Christian is a member of Steering Committee of the i3 Forum, a global organization of carriers and operators with the mandate to foster the transition to an IP environment. He also actively participates in a number of international forums including the Pacific Partnership Meeting and the International Marketing Forum.
Christian holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in economics from the Université de Montréal.
