Neil has over 36 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He was the CEO of StarHub in Singapore from 2010 to 2013, prior to that he was the founding CEO of M1 in Singapore, the first competitor to SingTel. Neil joined the Cable and Wireless group, from Marconi Space and Defence , in 1976 and held various marketing, engineering and management roles in UK, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He was appointed CEO of Cable and Wireless Systems HK in 1987 and from 1995 ran CSL , Hong Kongs largest mobile operator.
Neil is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
